Kubickova, Marketa, and Heejung Ro. "Are Students "real People?"" Complete Hospitality. EBSCOhost. Web. 02 Feb. 2011. <http://web.ebscohost.com>.
The article focuses on a study that is going to be conducted by Marketa Kubicova and Heejung Ro from the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida.  The study consists of hospitality major students, students of other majors, and non-students. The focus is on two types of service failure which are outcome and process.  As the study develops Kubicova and Ro come up with two hypotheses to test.  In order to test the two hypotheses Kubicova and Ro utilize four different methods. The four methods are research design, measures, sample and data collection, and data analysis plan.  The main reasoning behind this study is to examine the difference from a student groups and a non student groups and to observe possible patterns of service failure.  Conducting this study will help future research and prove or disprove research findings using hospitality students in the past.
